Over in Class A, the Okarche Warriors boys basketball continued their dominant run, completing an impressive three-peat with their third consecutive state championship. This victory brings their total to four state titles, solidifying their place as one of the premier programs in the state.
Not to be outdone, the Calumet Chieftains boys basketball secured back-to-back championships in Class B-I. With this win, Calumet now holds six boys basketball state titles, a testament to the strength and tradition of their program.
