A recent blood drive at Chisholm Trail Technology Center proved that it doesn’t take much time to make a big difference in the lives of others.
A total of 48 donors came out to support the drive, resulting in 34 successful donations and 40 blood products added to the lifesaving blood supply.
Those donations have the potential to help save up to 120 lives.
That’s 120 pretty good reasons to say thank you.
Community members took time out of their day, rolled up their sleeves and gave something that could make all the difference for someone facing an emergency, surgery or other medical need.
Thank you to everyone who donated and helped make the blood drive a success. Chisholm Trail Technology Center and Our Blood Institute also deserve thanks for providing another opportunity for the community to come together and help others.
Sometimes making a difference doesn’t require a lot of time. It just requires showing up.
