Behind the front desk, Kim keeps things moving in ways most people don’t always see. From answering phones and scheduling appointments to helping with vitals, x-rays, and everything in between, her days are full and fast-paced. It’s not a sit-down job. It’s a stay-on-your-feet, juggle-it-all kind of role, and she’s learned to do it with both grace and ease.
She understands that patients can be nervous, tired, or just not feeling their best, so she makes it her goal to meet every person with a little conversation and a sense of calm. She takes time to help however she can, whether that’s walking someone through paperwork or simply making them feel comfortable.
And for many, she offers something even more meaningful. Being bilingual, Kim helps bridge the gap for patients who need translation, making sure they feel understood every step of the way. Even outside of work, she’s known to help translate over the phone, because to her, helping people doesn’t punch a time card.

Around the office, she’s known for her sense of humor and the way she keeps things light, but also for being dependable and always willing to step in where she’s needed. And yes, she still gets asked daily how she manages not to get sick working there, something she’s clearly doing right.
