Arlo Keith Duncan was born June 28, 1956 in Magnum, OK. He was retired from Temtrol. He was preceded in death by his father, Arlo Duncan; mother, Joann Duncan; brother, Phil Duncan; sister, Patricia Duncan and his grandparents. Services will be held at Kingfisher Cemetery at a later date.
