Kingfisher, Oklahoma — Bass Law Firm is pleased to announce its merger with Schulte, Schneiter, and Gibson, a long-established law firm located on Main Street in Kingfisher. This merger reflects a shared commitment to serving Kingfisher County and surrounding communities with trusted, high-quality legal services.
As part of the merger, Bass Law will assume operations of the Kingfisher office of Schulte, Schneiter, and Gibson, which has served the community for decades.
Paul Schulte, who has practiced law in Kingfisher since 1982 and has earned a distinguished reputation throughout the region, will retire from the active practice of law following the merger. He will, however, remain available to assist with client transitions.
Katie Schneiter, who has practiced law in Kingfisher for more than twenty years, will continue her practice with Bass Law at the Kingfisher office. Her longtime legal assistant, Jennifer Snodgrass, will also join Bass Law.
“This merger positions our firm for continued growth while preserving the legacy of trusted legal service that Schulte, Schneiter, and Gibson has provided in Kingfisher for so many years,” said Jana Knott, Managing Partner of Bass Law. “Paul and Katie selected our firm for this transition because of Bass Law’s strong reputation for high-quality legal services, built over decades since our founding in 1934. We share the same values and standards, and we are proud to move forward together as we expand the communities we serve.”
The merger strengthens Bass Law’s ability to provide comprehensive legal services throughout the region, including family law, civil litigation, real estate, probate, trust administration, estate planning, oil and gas matters, dispute resolution, and general counsel services.
