The future of Yellowjacket football is looking bright. On Thursday, September 4, the Kingfisher 5th & 6th grade team opened their season on the road against the Watonga Eagles—and they made a statement right out of the gate.
The Jackets controlled the game from start to finish, powering their way to a 43–14 victory and securing their first win of the year. Strong plays on both sides of the ball showcased the team’s hard work and determination, leaving fans excited for what’s to come.
It was a dominant start to the season, and this young group of athletes is already showing plenty of promise. With momentum on their side, the Jackets are ready to keep building toward even more success this fall.
