For many people, the answer is a flat-out no, and that’s okay! Because Britt Birdwell knows it and enjoys stepping in to help.
As a Benefits Account Manager with Inszone Insurance, Britt works with both employers and individuals to help them understand their options when it comes to health, dental, and vision coverage. From helping businesses design employee benefit plans to assisting individuals with personal coverage, her goal is simple: make something that often feels complicated a whole lot easier to understand.
One of the biggest misconceptions Britt sees is that people assume coverage will be too expensive or that they won’t qualify. In reality, there are often more flexible and affordable options available than many realize. Helping clients compare plans, understand their choices, and find coverage that fits their needs and budget is one of the most rewarding parts of the job.
For Britt, working in this field is even more meaningful because she’s doing it right here at home. Being from Kingfisher, she values the opportunity to work with local businesses, families, and individuals in the same community she grew up in.
“I’m excited to build my career locally and be someone people can trust when it comes to their health benefits,” Britt shared.
Outside the office, Britt is enjoying an exciting new chapter after getting married this past December. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll
likely find her spending time with friends, going for walks, reading, or traveling to explore somewhere new whenever she gets the chance.
Britt is also a recent graduate of Oklahoma State University, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business last May.
With a passion for helping others and a heart for her hometown, Britt is building a career centered around service, trust, and community.
