Around 6:10 am on Saturday, December 28th the Kingfisher Fire Department responded to a call at 322 W. Sheridan Ave for a camper fire. One of the residents grabbed a hose and sprayed water on the structure until the FD arrived. The firefighters were able to put the fire out and sprayed foam on the recreational vehicle to ensure it wouldn’t reignite. There were no casualties or injuries, just minor damage to the surrounding vehicles and part of the residents roof. The camper however was beyond repair. Photo by AAK Maitland Pickle.
