Carol Anne (Hendrix) Murray passed away on June 25, 2024, in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. Carol was born on September 26, 1950, in Fort Ord, California.
Carol’s early years were marked by her pursuit of education and professional growth. She earned an associate’s degree in real estate from El Reno and later completed her bachelor’s in business management at Southern Nazarene University. Her career was diverse and fulfilling, primarily spent working as a dedicated hairdresser for over 56 years.
Beyond her professional achievements, Carol was a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her son, James Murray of the home; her grandsons, Joshua Allen Mansfield- Murray and his fiancée, Valerie Smith of El Reno; and her nephew, John David Mueggenborg, and his wife, Lyndsey of Okarche, OK
Carol is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Samuel B. Hendrix, III; twin sister, Jean Elizabeth and husband David Mueggenborg.
Carol’s warm personality, dedication to her family, and her contributions to her community will be deeply missed. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
A memorial service for Carol will be 11:00am, Saturday, June 29, 2024 at the First Baptist Church in Okarche, OK.
