Michelle Padilla Granados has been part of the BancFirst-Kingfisher family for a decade, currently serving as Kingfisher’s Customer Service Officer, a role she was promoted to 3-years ago.
Outside of the bank, Michelle’s world revolves around family and friends. Her favorite weekends are filled with cookouts, laughter, and lively games of Loteria. She also treasures the chance to visit her grandmother in Mexico, something she wishes she could do more often (hence why teleportation tops her list of dream superpowers).
Did you know that Michelle played the violin for five years as a youngster? She’s also a doting mother of 3 – Willy (15), Roxana (13) and Alan (4). Food is another passion, especially enchiladas or flautas, her go-to comfort meals.
Michelle’s first job was as a carhop at Sonic in Kingfisher, and now her office reflects her fun spirit with a vintage “Heads or Tails” decision-making knick-knack that was gifted to her by her predecessor, Vicki Rother. Customers are always welcome to use it when making important life decision. She also lives by the following advice that’s guided her professional career: “Don’t ever ask someone to do something you wouldn’t be willing to do yourself.”
Above all, Michelle values BancFirst’s commitment to putting family first, a principle she applies to her customer service leadership role every day.
Be sure to say hello to Michelle next time you visit BancFirst!
