Cati Farrar has always had that go-for-it spark. From school sports to pushing her limits in CrossFit, she’s never been afraid of a challenge. She married Michael, and together they have three children: Makayla, Owen, and Reece. And now, as a mom herself, she understands exactly how easy it is for life to get busy and our health to slide to the back burner. Her mission? Help you hit that big “play” button again.
Her journey began at the front desk of a gym. Day after day, she felt that pull… the “I should be out there helping them” kind of feeling. Eventually, she stopped ignoring it, chased it down, and earned her certifications in Basic Personal Training, CrossFit, and Olympic Lifting.
Now, she puts those certifications to work as a Personal Trainer and Coach at Muscle Pa’s Gym, where she works with members and non-members, helping them hit their goals, big and small.
Once she began coaching, she quickly noticed something: people needed a trainer who meets them exactly where they are. Not someone who sugarcoats, but someone who believes in results and believes in you. That’s Cati. She’ll nudge you, push you, cheer you on, and when needed, help you scale back with compassion. Because progress isn’t about perfection; it’s about consistency and feeling better every single time you walk out those doors.
Cati reminds us, “If you’re old enough to have a gym membership, you’re the perfect fit for my class.”
Her goal is simple: help you move well, feel strong, and build confidence in a space that lifts you up.
The gym can feel intimidating, but Cati wants you to know the truth, everyone here is working toward the same goal: staying healthy. No one’s watching you. No one’s judging. Muscle Pa’s Gym is a place of support, empowerment, and community. And as Cati says, “We are all different, and we should never compare ourselves to others.”
She currently hosts classes on Saturdays at 10 AM at Muscle Pa’s Gym.
