OKEENE, OK — Effective August 1, 2025, Heinen Brothers Agra Services, based in Seneca, Kansas, acquired Jordan Air Inc. located at Christman Airport in Okeene.
Founded in 1994 by brothers Scott and Glenn Heinen, the company has become a trusted name in aerial application, serving farmers across multiple states. While Heinen Brothers once offered a broad range of agricultural services, its primary focus today is aerial application, with chemical sales continuing in select regions.
For Okeene-area customers, the transition will be seamless. Longtime pilot Doug Carthel will continue to handle flight operations, while Kristy Taylor remains in the office and on the ground crew. Heinen Brothers emphasized that customers can expect the same dedication to timely, precise aerial application and excellent service that Jordan Air provided for years.
Bringing more than 30 years of experience, a skilled team of pilots and support staff, and advanced aerial technology, Heinen Brothers looks forward to serving Blaine County and the surrounding area. The company also proudly supports youth and agricultural organizations such as FFA, 4-H, and the Boy Scouts, underscoring its long-term commitment to the future of farming.
“Okeene’s strong farming tradition makes it a perfect fit for the next chapter in our story,” the company stated. “We’re honored to serve this area and look forward to earning the continued trust of local producers.”
