HENNESSEY MEAT PROCESSING

Long-time Hennessey residents Heather and Travis Davis were looking for a new business endeavor and wanted it to be in their town. It started with a brand-new custom-built building located in Scott Hajek’s new parks addition. The 4200 sq. ft. processing facility was specifically built for meat processing with large commercial refrigerated and freezer areas. Services include Harvesting, custom cuts, fresh side of cured sliced bacon, hamburger, tenderizing, sausage, all wrapped in paper or vacuum-sealed. In February this year, they opened their doors and started accepting appointments and can process Beef, Pork, Goat, Sheep, and Lamb. Currently, they can process 3-5 orders a day. This is a full-service facility from standing animals to shrink-wrapped finished products ready for your freezer. Hennessey Processing’s business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 to 5 pm.
