On Tuesday, November 18th, Oklahoma State University recognized an extraordinary group of students as the 2025–26 Seniors of Significance, an honor awarded to only 51 seniors, representing the top 1% of the entire graduating class. These students truly embody the Cowboy Code through their academic excellence, leadership, service, and character.
We are incredibly proud that three of these exceptional honorees come from right here in Kingfisher County:
- KATON LUNSFORD, Kingfisher
Strategic Communications in the College of Arts and Sciences
- TAYLOR MILLS, Kingfisher
Biology (Pre-Med) in the College of Arts and Sciences
- MADISYN MYERS, Lomega
Human Nutrition (Pre-Med Sciences) in the College of Education and Human Sciences
These remarkable young women have distinguished themselves through hard work, determination, and a commitment to making a positive impact. They reflect the very best of Kingfisher High School and Lomega Public Schools, and our entire community celebrates their success.
Please join us in congratulating Katon, Taylor, and Madisyn on this incredible achievement. We cannot wait to see all that they accomplish as they continue their journeys.
