All About Kingfisher has partnered with Designs by Dennis to honor an outstanding citizen each month! This month’s All About YOU flowers are dedicated to Johanna Adams and here is why:
Heather Renee nominated Johanna Adams, stating that she has done an excellent job of bringing the arts to Kingfisher for more than 30 years. A true pillar of the community, she is a friend to all, actively serves and volunteers, and works locally. Those who know her recognize her as one of the hardest workers they have ever met. Johanna passionately shares the art of dance, bringing smiles and happiness to her young students and their families. She continuously seeks new ways to incorporate her talents into her classes. Throughout her career, Johanna has taught generations of children, and there’s a reason families always return to her—she is worth it. Her dedication to her students shines through as she takes the time to get to know each one, ensuring they understand the moves and never feel left behind. Many have witnessed the positive impact of dance therapy in the lives of their children, especially those with developmental challenges, as she has skillfully worked to keep them actively engaged in classes. Johanna is the reason families travel from surrounding towns week after week, month after month, year after year, to attend her dance lessons. Her influence has brought more business to the local community as families come to town to eat, shop, and more while their children participate in dance. Johanna’s love for Kingfisher and its residents is evident, making Curtain Time Dance a true staple in the area. She is a blessing to so many, and it is with great enthusiasm that Johanna Adams of Curtain Time Dance Studio is nominated.
