The Kingfisher High School Choir hosted their annual all-state workshop on Saturday, Aug. 23, welcoming over 100 high school and junior high students from across Oklahoma—including Marietta, Laverne, Edmond, Guymon, Bethany, and more!
With clinicians Dr. Karsten Longhurst (OCU) and Mr. Kenneith Stock (Edmond North HS & Canterbury Youth Voices), students prepared for regional auditions in September and all-state auditions in November.
Special thanks goes to Mrs. Owens for providing the band room for the HS session and the JH choir room for our younger singers.
Funds raised will help send the HS choir to New Orleans to compete nationally. The workshop keeps growing every year! Information and photos by Diann Magnus.
