The Kingfisher Public Schools Board of Education held a special meeting on Monday, May 11, at 4:00 p.m. at the Kingfisher Public Schools Administration Building. The primary topic of discussion was the employment of current KPS Superintendent Andy Evans.
The board entered executive session at 4:02 p.m. and reconvened at 7:22 p.m. No board action was taken during executive session. In closing, the Board of Education issued the following statement:
“The Board of Education and Superintendent Andy Evans have had productive discussions regarding the current state of the district, and together we have identified areas where we can improve and continue to grow. We look forward to working together to make Kingfisher Public Schools the very best it can be.”
