PIONEER’S 70TH PACKS THE BUILDING

Over 800 people showed up for the Pioneer 2023 Annual Meeting today at the Kingfisher Fairgrounds.  Blake Callaham, Pioneer General Manager said, “This is the first time we closed all of the Pioneer offices to allow all of our employees to attend the meeting.”  The main exhibit building was completely full and there was a satellite building set up with a video feed.

Hundreds arrived early for coffee, donuts, and bingo.  At 10:30 Gail Parker, President, called the meeting to order.   After an invocation by Rep. Mike Dobrinski and the singing of the National Anthem by KHS student Raechel Evans, Brenda Walta, VP of Finance and Admin went over the financials and talked about the impact of the cellular operation and the overall financial health of Pioneer.  Before and after the meeting, drawings were held giving away prizes to the registered members that were present and lunch was then served to all attendees.
