The City of Kingfisher would like to inform residents of upcoming temporary railroad crossing closures to allow for maintenance and improvements by Union Pacific Railroad.
• Bowman Avenue will be closed on April 5, beginning at 7:00 AM
• Roberts Avenue will be closed on April 6, beginning at 7:00 AM
Each closure is expected to last the entire day, and motorists are encouraged to plan alternate routes
accordingly.
These improvements are part of Union Pacific’s ongoing efforts to rehabilitate the crossings, resulting in a smoother and safer driving surface for the community. The city appreciates Union Pacific’s investment and partnership in maintaining critical infrastructure.
Please note that these dates are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. While every effort will be made to stay on schedule, residents should rely on actual on-site closures and signage when planning travel.
