Today, November 6th, and tomorrow, November 7th, is the Sophomore and Senior Reality Checkout at the Kingfisher County Fairgrounds. Reality Check is a game-like experience that helps students from Kingfisher County become aware of basic skills in financial planning, goal setting, decision making, and career planning by making realistic educational choices based on the income they receive from their assigned career.
Programs like this wouldn’t be possible without people like Lindy Peterman, a Kingfisher County OSU Extension Educator, or ready-to-serve community members.
Thank you, CSB, F&M Bank, NBC, Jacksons of Kingfisher, LuGreg Trucking, Chalk Realty, Lippard Real Estate & Auction, Margaret Phillips Realty, Mercy Hospital Kingfisher, AgCredit, CIGOM, City of Kingfisher, OK, Ovintiv, TerraStar, Pioneer Telephone, Kingfisher County OSU Extension Members, American Red Cross, Kingfisher Fire Department, Kingfisher County Health Department, OHCE, Palmer Chiropractic Clinic, Kingfisher School Counselor’s, Cimarron Electric Cooperative, and Chisholm Trail Technology Center for volunteering your time and helping these students.
