Surrounded by an incredible outpouring of support from friends, family, classmates, teammates, coaches, and administration, Kingfisher Senior Harper Evans officially signed her commitment to Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where she will continue both her academic journey and her outstanding running career.
A five-time state medalist, Harper has consistently competed at the highest level, earning recognition as a three-time academic state cross country honoree and a two-time state track relay medalist, showing an exceptional balance of academic excellence and athletic determination.
Throughout her high school career, she has been a dedicated and versatile competitor, proudly representing Kingfisher in cross country, track, and soccer. Her work ethic, leadership, and competitive drive have made her a cornerstone of every program she has been a part of.
Beyond athletics, Harper has also led her school community with pride and purpose, serving as this year’s Student Council President while also earning the distinction of sole valedictorian of the Kingfisher High School Class of 2026, an achievement that reflects her commitment to excellence in every area of her life.
