Kingfisher, Oklahoma
Samuel Allen Forman, 31, was born on 9/18/1988, and got his “Angel Wings” too soon passing away August 7, 2020 at his home in Huntington Beach California due to complications from COVID-19 he had already beat. Samuel was born and raised in Kingfisher, OK and had three older brothers and two sisters.
“Sam” as he was called – graduated from Kingfisher public schools in 2007 then attended Central State University and Oklahoma State University. Most recently he obtained his insurance license working full time for a State Farm agency in the Huntington Beach California while working at Trader Joes in the same area enjoying his “Trader Joe’s family” he valued spending time with plus his extended family including his roommates Wren and Josh he loved like brothers.
Sam had an abundant faith in his Lord Jesus Christ and freely shared how his faith guided his life through all his ups and downs knowing God was always by his side.
Wow – how we’ll miss Sam’s awesome smile, “Big Blue eyes”, contagious energy, uplifting sprit, kind words, big hugs, and his encouragement to all he came in contact and he will always be fondly remembered in our hearts until we meet again in heaven.
From his youngest day’s Sam so loved the “Farm” – 4 wheelers, fishing, hunting, camping, expertly operating about every piece of equipment we had plus he loved going to OSU Football games with his family (his Dad a “die hard” OSU graduate). He loved his Cub Scouting time camping with his Dad, brother, and friends plus making his race “winning” Derby cars with his Dad.
Sam was preceded in death by his Grandma Rita and Grandpa Stanley Forman, and his Grandmother Faye and Grandfather Sam Weatherford.
He is survived by his Father Stephen R. Forman and his loving wife Lou Ann (Mama Lou to Sam), Mother Debra and husband Chuck Baldwin, brother Stephen J. Forman and wife Nichole, brother Corby Forman and wife Christiana, brother Eric and wife Paola, sister Alex Veenker, sister Shannon Levy and husband Neil, two uncles and one aunt, and many nieces, nephews, and other family members and relatives too numerous to mention (the Wittrock clan of his Grandmother Rita for example).
