Good food, great company, and a good cause! The Dover Volunteer Fire Department fired up the grills and welcomed a hungry crowd for its annual benefit dinner.
The firehouse was filled with the smell of smoked hog, sizzling burgers, and hotdogs as folks from Dover and surrounding communities stopped by to enjoy a meal and show their support.
There was no shortage of food, friendly faces, and conversation, as the annual dinner gave everyone a chance to get together, catch up with friends and neighbors, and enjoy some good old-fashioned small-town fellowship.
Of course, the real reason for the evening was to support the dedicated volunteer firefighters who answer the call whenever their community needs them.
