A thunderstorm moved across eastern Kingfisher County this morning, August 21, bringing a lightning strike that hit a home at 25234 Olive Way in Cashion.
Cashion Fire Department and Big 4 Volunteer Fire Department responded at approximately 10:30 a.m. Crews found that the lightning strike caused damage to some of the home’s electrical wiring.
According to Kingfisher County Emergency Management, no injuries were reported and there was no major damage to the home.
